A SIMPLE APPROACH FOR COMPLEX PROBLEMS
- - - - - - - - - -

In the Public Workshop, you’ll learn to apply cause-and-effect thinking to your problems. Our Cause Mapping method is a simple application of the scientific method. It’s an uncomplicated way to systematically investigate and prevent problems - from basic to the most complex. Too often companies make problem-solving confusing. Attendees describe this workshop as a refreshing approach. We have no jargon, terminology, or lingo and there’s no proprietary software to buy. By focusing on the basics, we show individuals and groups how to make complex problems clearer to find better solutions.

RAVE REVIEWS
- - - - - - - - - -

I've done root cause analysis incident investigations for years. ThinkReliability's Cause Mapping process is the best way I've seen. I wish I had known about it long ago.

- Attendee from University of Texas

This process provides a well thought out and inclusive methodology to conduct a thorough investigation. The method prevents the natural tendency to pinpoint a specific root cause and ensure that all causes are investigated and address.

- Attendee from Veolia

Our company had a negative connotation around root cause analysis because of long drawn out cases that never reached a definitive end. At the ThinkReliability workshop we learned how quickly and painlessly information can be gathered and visually depicted to lead a faster analysis.

- Attendee from Hormel

Workshops allowed our group from different parts of industry to see how all run into the same problems on a daily basis. With ThinkReliability, we recognized how quickly simple and complicated issues can be resolved. Very useful tool in setting and changing policies.

- Attendee from Jet Aviation

ThinkReliability’s Cause Mapping is a very practical and structured process that can really aid any type of organization in incident investigations. Highly recommend them whether you are looking to
initiate your Cause Mapping process or even enhance it.

- Attendee from Cargill
