During this FREE Webinar, we will look at 3 disasters that have occurred in Space. On January 27, 1967, all three crew members were killed in a fire aboard Apollo 1. On January 28, 1986, Challenger broke up mid‐flight, killing its seven crew members. On February 1, 2003, Columbia disintegrated upon re‐entry, killing its crew of seven. As part of the webinar, we will look at specific lessons from these incidents that can be applied to your organization.
